Our products are designed for various developmental stages. Most sensory toys are suitable from birth to 12+ months. Each product has specific age recommendations clearly labeled on the packaging and product descriptions.

We currently ship across Australia. If you’re outside Australia, please contact us for shipping options.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100! Otherwise, we chanrge flat shipping fees of $9.95 on all orders.

Domestic orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, and express orders will be prioritised for dispatch. During busy sale periods, such as Black Friday, dispatch may take a little longer due to increased order volumes.

Arrival times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You’ll receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date as soon as your order has shipped.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging for store credit or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our part. Please refer to our returns policy for all terms and conditions.

Cleaning instructions vary by product material:

• Silicone items can be washed with mild soap and water, or placed in the dishwasher (top rack only)
• Fabric items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dried
• Wooden items should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then thoroughly dried
