Babyroos currently ships to addresses within Australia only.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $120!
For orders between $50–$119, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies. Orders under $50 ship for just $4.95.
Processing & Dispatch
Standard dispatch time is 2 working days from when your order is placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods.
A tracking email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by our delivery partners and are approximate only.
Return To Sender (RTS)
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Failure to collect from a designated collection point
- Other customer-related issues
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment options at your expense.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has left our warehouse, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control, and Babyroos cannot be held responsible for these delays. However, we will do our best to assist with any issues that may arise.
